Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Human Resources department. They manage a team of HR officers/specialists and ensure that all personnel activities—recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and government relations—align with company policy and Saudi Arabian regulations.
1. Personnel & Government Relations (GHR)
- Qiwa & GOSI: Ensure all employment contracts are authenticated on the Qiwa platform and that social insurance contributions are accurately reported to GOSI.
- Documentation: Maintain digital and physical employee files in compliance with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) standards.
- Visa & Iqama Management: Supervise the processing of work permits, residence permits (Iqama), and exit-re-entry visas via the Muqeem and Absher portals.
2. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Salary Processing: Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure the Wage Protection System (WPS) compliance for monthly salary transfers.
- Leave Management: Oversee the calculation of annual leave, sick leave, and end-of-service benefits (ESB) as per the Saudi Labor Law.
- Medical Insurance: Manage the enrollment and renewal of corporate medical insurance for employees and their dependents.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to final interviews.
- Onboarding: Manage the orientation process for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture and understand their legal rights and obligations.
4. Employee Relations & Performance
- Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Appraisals: Manage the annual performance review cycle and provide coaching to supervisors on how to evaluate staff.
- Policy Enforcement: Update and communicate the company’s internal bylaws (subject to MHRSD approval).
