Reporting to: Group HR / Executive Management

Role Purpose

A diversified holding group is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead the initial HR operations phase across group entities. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, responsible for stabilizing HR operations, standardizing practices, and ensuring compliance during an early transformation stage. The role is ideal for a strong HR operator who can “run the engine” while higher‑level strategy is being shaped.

Key Responsibilities (HR Ops Focus)
  • Run day‑to‑day HR operations across group entities
  • Standardize HR processes, policies, and employee documentation
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, probation, off‑boarding)
  • Ensure accurate contracts aligned with Saudi Labor Law
  • Coordinate GOSI, Saudization, and government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Absher)
  • Support payroll coordination and monthly HR data validation
  • Create and maintain employee records, files, and HR trackers
  • Support implementation or cleanup of HR systems (HRIS if applicable)
  • Act as first‑line HR support for managers and employees
  • Escalate complex cases to senior HR or legal when needed
  • Prepare basic HR reports (headcount, turnover, contracts, status)

  • 5–8 years of HR operations experience
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Saudi HR operations
  • Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and Saudization
  • Experience working with multi‑entity or fast‑growing organizations
  • Comfortable building structure from ambiguity
  • Arabic required; English working proficiency
  • Saudi national preferred
