Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives, with a focus on the ecommerce and hospitality sectors.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) across the company to track and improve organizational performance and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance improvement, career development, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the ecommerce and hospitality sectors in KSA.
  • Collaborate with department heads and executives to identify HR needs and implement effective HR solutions.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the company to foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll programs in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve HR processes and programs.
  • Utilize HR analytics and data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing HR strategies and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the ecommerce and / or hospitality sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in KSA.
  • Demonstrated experience in defining and measuring KPIs across an organization.
  • Strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the ecommerce and hospitality sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
