PSFM is strengthening its human capital function and seeking a Saudi Female HR Officer who embodies professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational discipline. This role is central to maintaining smooth workforce operations across our facility management, manpower, and contracting divisions.

🔹 Position Details

Role: HR Officer

Location: Jeddah

Nationality: Saudi Only

Gender: Female

Languages: Arabic (native), English (professional level)

🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and attendance records
  • Handle government portals: GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, Absher, Labor Office
  • Support payroll preparation, leaves, and employee benefits
  • Ensure adherence to Saudi Labor Law & Saudization requirements
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communication
  • Assist in policy implementation and HR administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold corporate HR standards
