Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations in Dammam. Responsibilities include compliance with labor laws, recruitment, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of generalist experience and a bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration. This position also requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, along with proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of HR generalist experience with strong knowledge of labor laws.
  • Experience managing government relations and compliance documentation is a plus.
  • HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR operations, including attendance, employee relations, and policy compliance.
  • Support workforce planning by tracking headcount and coordinating manpower requests.
  • Handle recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy and manage payroll documentation support.
  • Liaise with government authorities for permits and regulatory compliance.
