Responsibilities

  • Oversee on-boarding and offboarding processes of incoming employees to Project Site office.
  • Liaise with recruiters and mobilizers and act as point of contact between project and Pro team/HR.
  • Attend to all inquiries of project employees regarding employment and contractual matters.
  • Manage the new joiners orientation.
  • Assist with offboarding processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager across all Human Resources functions.
  • Issue pre-employment requirements instructions for the employees facilitation.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
