Job summary

A prominent corporation in Saudi Arabia is seeking a proactive HR & Admin Supervisor to manage daily HR activities and ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations. As part of Mannai Group’s business expansion in Saudi Arabia, we are looking to hire a proactive and reliable HR & Admin Supervisor based in Jeddah. This role will support daily HR operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Job Purpose

The HR & Admin Supervisor will be responsible for managing HR operational activities, employee support services, and office administration, while ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day human resources operations and administrative activities in line with company policies.
  • Oversee employee accommodation arrangements, including coordination, maintenance, and service standards.
  • Manage employee transportation arrangements and coordinate with transport service providers.
  • Handle employee issues, concerns, and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Coordinate attendance records, leave management, and provide accurate inputs for payroll processing.
  • Support recruitment activities through coordination, documentation, and candidate follow-up.
  • Oversee general office administration and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide operational support to management and the HR team as required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in HR operations and administration in Saudi Arabia.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
