Role Overview
The HR & Admin Coordinator will support COLABS’ operations in Riyadh by managing day-to-day HR processes, office administration, and government compliance. This role will act as a key liaison between the KSA and Pakistan teams, ensuring smooth coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, bilingual (Arabic & English), and eager to help build a strong foundation for COLABS in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Coordination
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data consistency across HR systems.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and compliance with Saudi labor laws.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and coordinate with the Pakistan People & Culture team for culture-building activities.
- Support payroll coordination, GOSI registration, and benefits administration.
- Handle confidential HR correspondence and documentation.
- Administration & Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
- Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for visiting team members.
- Maintain asset and inventory records and support procurement processes as required.
- Support budgeting and expense tracking for admin and HR functions.
- Government & Compliance Coordination
- Manage key government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and others for employee registration and updates.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor and immigration laws for all staff.
- Liaise with external government agencies when required.
- Cross-Functional Support
- Act as the main point of contact between the KSA and Pakistan teams for HR and administrative updates.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for COLABS events, launch and set up.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or administrative coordination, ideally in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficient in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and government systems (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, etc.).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
