A leading hospitality group in Saudi Arabia seeks a dynamic Guest Receptionist to provide an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, and supporting the service team to ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidates are Saudi nationals with a high school diploma, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and prior experience in hospitality. This role demands a professional appearance and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Guest Reception & Service
Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Maintain an organized seating chart and manage table rotation to support service efficiency.
Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, restaurant offerings, and general hotel information.
Handle guest concerns or complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
Reservations & Coordination
Answer phone calls and manage restaurant reservations using the designated system.
Confirm bookings, handle special requests, and coordinate with the service team for smooth operations.
Monitor waitlists and update guests with accurate waiting times.
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to optimize seating flow.
Operational Support
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess desk and entrance area.
Prepare and update menus, reservation lists, and table plans as required.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Support the F&B team during busy periods when needed.
Saudi National (required).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
