Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for the Head of Sales position. The Head of Sales will lead and oversee the sales department, develop and implement sales strategies, manage accounts, and achieve business objectives. The role involves analyzing sales performance, providing mentorship and direction to the sales team, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with other departments to meet company goals. The Head of Sales will also be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, expanding market presence, and ensuring consistent revenue generation.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Analytical Skills for assessing sales performance, market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Proven experience in Account Management and a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Extensive experience in Sales and Sales Management, including developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Team Management skills, with the ability to inspire, support, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively in an on-site setting in Riyadh.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Prior experience in the food and beverages, hospitality, or operations sectors is a plus.
