Overview
The Head of Corporate Sales (Investments) is responsible for leading investor acquisition, advisory, and retention efforts through strategic data sourcing, strong financial modelling, and product expertise. This role oversees a team of investment advisors and plays a key role in identifying profitable real estate opportunities, aligning with stakeholders, and driving monthly sales targets. A strong understanding of investor behavior, project feasibility, and deal structuring, including mortgage-backed investments, is critical.
Responsibilities
- Data Sourcing & Investor Management
Source, compile, and maintain an updated database of qualified investors. Ensure all investor profiles are accurately documented in the Property File (PF) system or CRM.
- KPI Tracking & Team Oversight
Monitor daily performance indicators: client calls, meetings, and site visits. Lead regular performance reviews and ensure team adherence to activity goals.
- Sales Target Management
Set and achieve personal and team-based monthly sales/investment targets. Drive accountability and performance through strategic planning and coaching.
- Investor Advisory & Financial Modeling
Prepare professional investment presentations including ROI, IRR, cash flow, and exit strategies. Tailor investment proposals to meet investor risk appetite and financial goals.
- Project Acquisition & Product Evaluation
Identify and refer investment-grade real estate projects for onboarding. Evaluate project feasibility and alignment with investor expectations.
- Product Knowledge Development
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all available investor products. Ensure the team is continuously trained on new offerings and market updates.
- Stakeholder & Developer Relations
Liaise closely with developers, acquisition teams, and sales development for inventory alignment and project readiness. Serve as a key point of contact between investors and project stakeholders.
- Mortgage Advisory Support
Maintain a moderate understanding of mortgage structuring and eligibility criteria. Coordinate with bank representatives to facilitate financing solutions for investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or equivalent (MBA preferred)
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in real estate investments, brokerage, or asset advisory
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, brokerage operations, and market dynamics.
