Job summary

A leading property portal in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Head of Property Management to oversee the commercial and strategic build-out of the vertical. The role includes onboarding over 1,000 units in the first year and securing partnerships with large-scale landlords and institutional investors. The ideal candidate will represent the company externally, work with product and engineering teams, and manage P&L while ensuring high occupancy rates. Strong experience in property management and strategic planning is required.

As a Property Management. The Head of Property Management will lead the commercial, operational, and strategic build-out of the vertical, including sourcing 1,000+ units in Year 1 and securing institutional mandates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and execute strategy to onboard 1,000+ units in the first year.
  • Acquire large-scale landlords: developers, REITs, family offices, institutional investors.
  • Represent the company externally and drive senior-level partnerships.
  • Work with Product & Engineering teams to build PM technology (landlord dashboard, tenant portal, maintenance automation).
  • Develop leasing, operations, rent cycle, and maintenance workflows.
  • Oversee marketing and leasing performance to achieve high occupancy.
  • Own P&L, budgets, and portfolio financial performance.
