A leading gas distribution company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Head of HR to build and lead the HR function from the ground up. The role includes managing HR operations, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, HR compliance knowledge, and fluency in Arabic and English. This position is critical to shaping a positive workplace culture and supporting the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience setting up or leading HR operations in a developing or growing organization.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience managing government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.

Responsibilities

• Establish, structure, and lead the HR function from scratch.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Manage HR operations including employee documentation, contracts, and payroll coordination.
• Develop and implement HR policies and compliance frameworks.
• Design and execute training and development programs.
