A growing real-estate group in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Head of Finance to lead its finance function. This role involves overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 10 years of finance experience including 5 in a managerial position, and a strong understanding of IFRS and local regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi financial regulations.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, analysis, and reporting.
