Job Summary

The AI & Automation Head will lead the organization’s Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Automation agenda by defining strategy, building scalable AI solutions, and embedding automation capabilities across the enterprise. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, enhancing decision‑making, reducing operational costs, and accelerating digital transformation through AI, RPA, Power Platform automation, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery expertise and a solid governance mindset to ensure AI solutions deliver sustainable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, lead, and continuously refine the organization’s AI & Automation vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Design, implement, and scale Intelligent Automation solutions including RPA, AI‑driven process automation, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform workflows, and orchestration tools.
• Lead enterprise AI initiatives covering Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.
• Partner closely with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks covering ethics, data privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Oversee the full AI solution lifecycle including design, development, training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Build reusable automation frameworks, libraries, standards, and best practices to accelerate delivery and adoption.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI & Automation solutions with ERP (D365), CRM, Data Warehouse, BI, and other enterprise systems.
• Manage internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality delivery, timelines, and value realization.
• Track performance, ROI, and business impact of AI and automation initiatives and continuously optimize outcomes.
• Develop internal capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and structured enablement programs.
• Promote innovation, experimentation, and controlled pilots while maintaining strong security and governance controls.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including 3+ years leading AI, Automation, or RPA programs.
• Strong expertise in AI, Intelligent Automation, RPA, and modern enterprise platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure AI / ML, Power Platform, and automation technologies.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale AI and automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of governance, security, compliance, and ethical AI standards.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage complexity, prioritize initiatives, and deliver in dynamic environments.

Preferred Experience

• Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Leadership or management certifications.
• Exposure to MLOps, data engineering, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience working in multi‑sector organizations (Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, FMCG).
• Arabic language proficiency.
