A leading global company in sustainable thermal comfort based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Retail and Wholesale Manager. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, manage key account relationships, and oversee stock levels and order management. A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in channel management are required, alongside strong analytical and communication skills. Fluent English and Arabic are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail and wholesale channel management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement retail and wholesale strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail chains and trade partners.
• Manage pricing, promotions, and in-store execution collaboratively.
• Oversee order management, stock levels, and demand planning.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess product performance.
• Analyze sales data and provide regular performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
