A leading company in the construction and building materials sector is seeking to appoint an General Production Manager to oversee and manage a multi-activity industrial complex specialized in:

  • Manufacturing steel and wooden doors
  • Manufacturing and installation of aluminum and glass windows
  • Residential and office furniture production
  • Woodworking and complementary construction works
Key Responsibilities
  • Full operational management of the industrial complex and all its production activities.
  • Developing and implementing operational plans to achieve production and financial targets.
  • Coordinating between multiple production lines (steel, wood, aluminum, glass).
  • Supervising quality control, occupational safety, and equipment maintenance.
  • Managing multidisciplinary teams (engineers, supervisors, technicians, and workers).
