This is a monumental opportunity for an experienced General Manager in the Upper Luxury and Lifestyle sector to take on an exciting challenge to manage the pre-opening and opening of one of IHG Hotels and Resorts most prestigious ultra luxury brands – The Regent.
Located on the Jeddah Corniche, also known as the Jeddah Waterfront – a 30km coastal resort area along the Red Sea. The corniche features a coastal road, recreation areas, pavilions as well as King Fahd’s Fountain, the highest fountain in the world.
We are looking for an experienced Upper Luxury Hotel General Manager and leader with significant expertise working in ultra-luxury hotels where you will be at the forefront of representing the prestigious Regent brand. Your mission will be to infuse every aspect of the guest experience with creativity and innovation, ensuring that each visit is an unforgettable journey of elegance and delight.
You will need proven expertise in how you deliver a true luxury guest experience alongside knowing how to position the brand in the market. You will be highly innovative and creative and able to drive and seek out opportunities to maximise commercial performance and owner returns.
You will be a natural people leader, able to build trusting relationships that encourages and motivates your workforce. You will develop a culture of innovation alongside your team and be commercially focussed, with a futuristic vision in line with the significant developments that are ongoing in the region.
