Job Description: Team Leader – Project Sales (Residential Segment)
Role Overview
The Team Leader for Project Sales in the Residential Segment will drive back-to-back project sales activities for Schneider Electric’s residential product range. This role involves leading a team of 3-4 sales professionals across multiple regions, ensuring the achievement of sales KPIs and expanding market presence, including in remote areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of project sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Plan and execute sales strategies for residential projects, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the residential and related market segments.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to closing deals and post‑sale support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective coverage of assigned regions, including remote areas, through team coordination and resource allocation.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement development plans to address skill gaps.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, operations) to deliver bundled solutions and cross‑sell products.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.

Skills
Qualifications:
- University degree in Engineering or Commerce.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in sales and sales management.
- Proven track record of sales performance and consistent sales closing.
- Experience working in international or semi‑international organizations preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to sell and bundle packages, with cross‑selling expertise.
- Experience leading sales teams across multiple regions, including remote areas.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
- Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia as required.
