As a Full Stack Engineer at The Flex, you will play a pivotal role in building our proprietary PMS—the backbone of our global rental platform.

You’ll work across the full stack—front-end, back-end, and cloud—bringing bold ideas from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development – Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that form the core of our PMS, using Node.js, React, and modern frameworks.
• API-First Architecture – Build and optimize RESTful APIs (FastAPI / Node.js) that connect reservations, operations, and customer experiences into one seamless ecosystem.
• Automation & Intelligence – Develop automation tools that streamline operations, optimize pricing, and reduce human intervention in property management.
• Cloud Infrastructure – Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS, leveraging serverless and cloud-native best practices.
• Testing & Quality – Implement CI / CD pipelines, automated tests, and code reviews to ensure high reliability.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging – Rapidly investigate and resolve production issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work hand-in-hand with product, design, and operations teams to build features that deliver real business impact.
