Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The Fleet Coordinator main responsibilities are to contribute in maintaining an efficient and good running fleet that will allow expediting all issues related to sales, deliveries and staff transportation needs. and ensure the application of safety standards for vehicles, He also has a direct responsibility to look after the general conditions of the fleet and fleet needs.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Execution driving test before hiring an employee.
• Follow vehicle accident procedures with suppliers.
• Sign the clearance for vehicle users.
• Fleet Maintenance.
• Inspect the damages, define the problems and recommend the repairing unit.
• Estimate the cost of repairs.
• Handle the delivery of damaged cars to repair shops and returned it back.
• Follow through with agencies the completion of repairs.
• Check and receive fleet after repairs.
• Suppliers Claims.
• Receive supplier's claims of maintenance costs.
• Settle cash payments for minor claims.
• Recommend entities in the field for supply of fuel, and services.
• Fleet Cleaning and Appearance.
• In case of remote area the fleet Coordinator serving at last two / three location.
• Carryon monthly checks for neat appearance of the fleet.

• A self-motivated person with the ability to identify, initiate and implement corrective actions.
• Highly effective communication skills
• Apply flexible thinking while problem solving in a systematic manner.
• Broad planning and cross-functional understanding.
• Minimum two year in supply chain role with experience.
