Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of FIS Memento to support implementation, enhancement, and ongoing operations of the Memento platform. The role involves acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate requirements gathering and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to FIS Memento
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand regulatory, accounting, and reporting needs
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams
  • Support configuration, testing, and implementation of Memento solutions
  • Provide production support and continuous process improvement
  • Prepare documentation, workflows, and user guides
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial systems
  • Hands-on experience with FIS Memento (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of financial products, accounting, and regulatory reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
