Weare looking for experienced FinancialAnalyst to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Financial Analyst reports directly to Director ofFinance and CFO.

  • Thejobholder is expected to provide specialist advice at a financial andanalytical level to Director of Finance and CFO
  • Responsiblefor the development of budgets, forecasts, bank requested reports andassisting in all functions related to Financial & Budgeting for UREDand affiliates and subsidiaries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Budgeting & Cost Control
  • Participatein the development of annual Budget and projections in line with strategicdirection and objectives.
  • Prepareand develop a detailed annual budget guideline, standards, time scheduleand assumptions.
  • Preparethe budget forms/ models to be used in the budgeting process and developnew techniques for the use in financial planning and analysis.
  • Seekclarifications from departments on budgets and underlying assumptions,present the consolidated budget to the Management and seek approvals.
  • Preparequarterly performance reports showing key performance indicators, trends,comment on actual vs. budget variations and risks as well as areas thatrequire management attention.
  • Guidescost analysis process by providing trends and forecasts; explainingprocesses and techniques; recommending actions.
  • Providefeasibility study for proposed projects, capital expenditure, andacquisitions in coordination with the finance board.
  • Providefinancial analysis explanations onliquidity, and financial stability, through the financial ratiosand comparative figures.
  • Assist inthe preparation of monthly balance sheet, income statement and reportingthe variance.
  • Analysedata to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed.
  • Protectsoperations by keeping financial information confidential.
General Management of Accounting & Finance services
  • Contributesto team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • To participateand support company new initiatives.
  • Toexecute any task related to the finance & accounting when its requiredby the management.
  • Accuracyof prepared annual budgets for the company and JV companies on time.
  • Accuracyof prepared financial statements and consolidated reports.
  • Quarterlycost analyses including the general and administrative expense
  • Preparationof feasibility studies for new projects
  • Efficiencyand effectiveness of Accounting service functions.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
  • Salary from 7k – 10k SARper month
  • Plus family status benefits, 30 vacation days per year, medical insurance, yearly salary increment, 9 to 15 additional paid (National Holidays), 2 days of per week.
