Managed Services is the delivery and execution business within PwC, providing operational solutions for clients. It brings the best of PwC’s advisory capabilities, our technology expertise and our operational delivery to help clients solve complex problems.

How You’ll Contribute

As a Senior Finance analyst, you will work across one or more core finance processes, delivering these activities for customers of PwC. You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable: Complete ownership of accounting and reconciliations; ensures accuracy and timeliness. Manages monthly closing financial records and posting of month‑end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements. Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, as required.
    • Assist accountants and controllers with A/P issues or problems.
    • Review and process invoices, providing resolutions and releasing them for payment.
    • Resolve vendor queries and requests via e‑mails/Tickets within agreed SLA.
    • Maintain exception logs for process‑related exceptions.
    • Perform daily internal audit to ensure invoices/queries are balanced as per guidelines.
  • Order to Cash: Identify and rectify unidentified cash and manage end‑to‑end process of Cash office reconciliations. Identify exceptions and follow up for closure, report cash short/long and recover amounts above threshold as per policy. Work closely with Merchants for credit card settlement issues and charge backs. Follow up on customer/internal disputes, handle customer questions, coordinate with departments for resolution. Conduct collection calls and send invoices via email/fax/mail. Resolve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers. Maintain SLA and support Order to Cash processing team covering customer enquiry to invoicing.
What You’ll Bring
  • Years of experience: Minimum 3–6 years of professional experience, ideally in a leading firm in the Middle East region.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Management/Administration or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Finance/Accounting processes, regional accounting standards, financial planning and analysis, operational delivery, ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: Communicate with impact, results driven, drive organizational excellence.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Travel Requirements: Flexibility to travel 100% of the time within KSA; may require work away from base office and frequent overnight stays.
