Koinz is looking for a highly energetic, proactive, and execution-focused Field Marketing Specialist to expand our on-ground presence across the Saudi market.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives outside the office, understands Saudi culture and customer behavior deeply, and enjoys bringing a brand to life in the real world.
You will lead offline marketing initiatives, manage physical marketing materials, execute creative activations, support partner onboarding, and build strong relationships with on-ground partners.
This role demands strong communication skills, cultural fluency, and a hands-on, “let’s get it done” mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute offline marketing initiatives across Riyadh and Khobar.
- Distribute, install, and maintain in-store marketing materials across partner locations.
- Ensure all offline touchpoints are consistently aligned with Koinz brand standards.
Activations & Events
- Develop creative activation concepts tailored to Saudi audiences.
- Lead full‑cycle execution of events: planning, logistics, vendor coordination, setup, and on‑site operations.
- Plan and execute, high‑impact activations that strengthen Koinz’s presence and customer connection.
Partner Onboarding & Training
- Onboard new partner brands to the Koinz platform.
- Train store staff on how to use Koinz tools, engage customers, and activate promotions.
- Conduct regular store visits to support partners and maintain strong relationships.
Community & Relationship Building
- Build trusted relationships with partners, vendors, mall management, event organizers, and community groups.
- Identify collaboration opportunities that can drive brand visibility and adoption.
Market Insights & Cultural Understanding
- Stay plugged into Saudi consumer habits, cultural nuances, regional differences, and emerging offline trends.
- Gather on‑ground insights and feedback directly from customers and stores.
- Monitor competitive offline activity and share recommendations to stay ahead.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track the performance of campaigns, activations, and distribution efforts.
- Prepare weekly field reports with insights, challenges, and recommendations.
- Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, store compliance, partner satisfaction, and ROI.
Cross‑Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations teams to ensure offline and online efforts move in sync.
- Collaborate with designers, content teams, and agencies to localize marketing materials when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in field marketing, offline activations, events, or similar roles.
- F&B or consumer‑facing industry experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with full fluency in Arabic and English.
- Energetic, active, and comfortable with daily field work and in‑person interactions.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging on‑ground ideas.
- Deep familiarity with Saudi culture, traditions, and consumer behavior.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across the Kingdom when required.
- Self‑motivated, resourceful, and passionate about building a brand from the ground up.
