Facility & HSSE Engineer

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Make survey of regulation evolution, evaluate compliance of the site and propose related action plans.
  • Alert and support in case of emergency situation, in compliance with internal procedures.
  • Support the design, audit, and guarantee operationally the application of H&S and Environment procedures.
  • Process the local legal requirements (deliverables external to the site for local authorities) regarding Safety, Ergonomics and Environment.
  • Manage full site risk assessment and diagnoses roadmap (priorities and progress), with special focus on test areas: test on assembly line, final quality control and FAT area (Factory Acceptance Test) and possible presence of customer during FAT tests.
  • Realize occupational risk assessment & site impact assessment.
  • Lead ergonomics diagnoses and the action plan.
  • Support deployment of Safety and Environment methodologies, best practices, etc.
  • Improve Safety and Environment skills of employees and lead training activities, communication campaigns, teamwork.
  • Ensure waste traceability, prevention plan and Onetime reporting.
  • Follow up and support regulatory audit and qualification trainings.
  • Ensure technical specifications are appropriate to usage, audit building process.
  • Follow up analyze daily facility maintenance parameters through monitoring system to optimize operational cost.
  • Follow up and support regulatory audit linked to building (fire prevention, lift, etc.).
  • Pilot action plan to improve facility management operation (maintenance, energy efficiency, EEM, HVAC parameters).
  • Pilot maintenance of the building, generally with SE maint team or subcontractor (can be ensured by Manufacturing Engineering (Methods) and Maintenance).
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HSSE related fields.
  • Excellent communication, ability to deal with senior stakeholders.
