Overview

Event Coordinator / Event Specialist

Location: Saudi Arabia

Duration: Mid-October 2025 – March 2026

We are hiring Event Coordinators / Event Specialists to support the successful delivery of a major international football tournament in Saudi Arabia. This is a fixed-term project role requiring hands-on experience in events operations and coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of event operations across various functional areas (venue management, spectator services, hospitality, protocol, logistics, etc.).
  • Work closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure operational readiness.
  • Coordinate day-to-day schedules, documentation, and reporting for assigned areas.
  • Support venue preparations including set-up, signage, accreditation, catering, and other operational requirements.
  • Manage on-site operations during event days, ensuring smooth flow of activities, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and tracking of deliverables.
  • Ensure that operations are carried out in line with tournament standards, health & safety, and security protocols.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in events (sports events, international events, or large-scale cultural projects preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and handle operational challenges on-site.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Availability to work full-time from mid-October 2025 until March 2026 (with some roles extending further).
