Job Summary

Supervises the preparation of project cost estimates, bills of quantities, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide estimation team in cost estimates and budgets.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes.
• Ensure estimates are accurate and complete.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
• Monitor subcontractor quotations and material rates.
• Maintain documentation of estimation activities.
• Support bid preparation and proposals.
• Assist in cost analysis and risk assessment.
• Maintain estimation databases and templates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in project estimation.
• Knowledge of cost estimation techniques, budgeting, and tendering.
• Proficient in estimation software and MS Office.
• Analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred

• Experience in EPC, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with regional standards.
• Professional certification is an advantage.
