Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience in elevator sales or building materials.
• Good knowledge of product pricing strategies.
• Able to adapt working hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive plans for sales and profit management.
• Set strategies for customer acquisition and adjust sales prices.
• Develop promotional offers and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain customer base for sales and maintenance contracts.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up on collections.
