Job summary

A leading renewable energy firm in North West Saudi Arabia is seeking a qualified Electrical Maintenance Technician to execute routine and corrective maintenance on wind farm electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a Technical Certificate/Associate Diploma in Electrical Maintenance and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong teamwork and communication skills. The position offers various benefits including annual return flights, medical cover, and opportunities to work on major renewable projects.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ wind/power electrical maintenance experience.
  • Good understanding of turbine electrical systems and safety.

  • Perform scheduled maintenance on turbines, transformers and switchgear.
  • Diagnose electrical faults; repair and test circuits and control devices.
  • Support commissioning and inspections; document work performed.
  • Maintain logbooks and contribute to continuous improvement.

Location & Project Context: North West Saudi Arabia – Vision 2030 Renewable Energy Project

Purpose: Execute routine and corrective maintenance on wind farm electrical systems to sustain safe, reliable production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose electrical faults; repair and test circuits and control devices.
  • Support commissioning and inspections; document work performed.
  • Maintain logbooks and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Work within HSE procedures and permit systems.
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams.
