Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ElectricalEngineer to join our MEP team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full technical lifecycle of MEP projects, from initial tender preparation and technical submission to post-contract shop drawing development and construction methodology. This role requires an in-depth understanding of Saudi Building Codes (SBC), exceptional technical drafting skills, and the ability to coordinate complex Electricalsystems (LV/MV power distribution and ELV Systems).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of comprehensive technical tender documents, including method statementsand technical compliance statements.
  • Deepen and refine tender drawings to identify technical gaps; collaborate with the Quantity Surveying team to ensure precise quantity take-offs.
  • Conduct rigorous research on tender specifications, international standards and local Saudi regulations; identify technical risks and provide solutions to support commercial bid preparation.
  • Develop detailed shop drawings, section details, and builders’ work drawings; prepare specialized Construction Method Statements to ensure site execution aligns with design intent.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in ElectricalEngineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in Saudi Arabia, Profound knowledge of Electrical Power Systems and ELV Systems.
  • Expertise in Saudi Building Codes (SBC) and international standards (e.g., NFPA, IPC, IMC).
  • Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) for shop drawing development.
  • Proficiency in engineering calculation software
  • Strong capability in independently drafting Technical Proposals, Method Statements, and responding to RFIs.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, technical problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to work under tight tendering deadlines.
Skills
  • Be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
  • Experience in high‑rise building or large‑scale commercial project drafting
