• Manages the engineering interfaces, design information to ensure compliance with the Technical Specification and Performance criteria during operation of the plant
• Ensure adequate inspections and tests are performed and the results are properly documented to ensure safe, reliable and correct operation (Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests, etc.)
• Identification and management of project risks

Optimization of electrical maintenance activities

Policy and Standards Compliance

• Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.
• Keep the plant clean and enforce HSE standards to protect personnel and equipment
• Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas

Comprehensiveness and quality of work standards and policies

The number of injuries as a result of work related incidents e.g. site accidents, machinery accidents, serious falls, etc.

Reporting and Manuals

• Prepare the technical reports and operating manuals requested by his supervisor

Timeliness and quality of reports

Employee Relations

• Ensure that all employees pursue the HSE training
