The electric technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical equipment in a plant setting. Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in oil and energy plants.
  • Identify and assess electrical problems and provide solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the repair and maintenance of equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and identify electrical issues.
  • Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Repair and maintain high-voltage electrical systems.
  • Train apprentices and other technicians on proper procedures of electrical systems in the plant.
Qualifications
  • Associate diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training.
  • 5 years of experience in maintaining and repairing electrical systems in an oil and energy plant setting.
