1. Store Operations Management
- Manage daily operations of online stores (e.g. Shopify / Amazon / Noon / Salla platforms).
- Upload, update and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, tags).
- Maintain correct prices, stock status, and product categories.
2. Order & Customer Management
- Monitor orders, coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely shipment.
- Track delivery status, handle order exceptions (delays, returns, refunds, exchanges).
- Reply to customer inquiries via chat/email and maintain good ratings and reviews.
3. Marketing & Promotion Execution
- Plan and execute platform promotions (campaigns, coupons, flash sales, bundles).
- Coordinate with design team for banners, product images, landing pages.
- Assist with social media / influencer / advertising activities to drive traffic to store.
4. Data Analysis & Optimization
- Track and analyze key metrics: traffic, conversion rate, CTR, add-to-cart, return rate, etc.
- Regularly generate reports and propose optimization actions (pricing, content, promotion).
- Monitor competitors’ prices, promotions, reviews, and adjust strategy accordingly.
5. Content & Page Optimization
- Optimize product titles, keywords, descriptions, and images to improve search ranking and CTR.
- Ensure product content is accurate, clear, and matches brand tone.
- A/B test product pages, banners, and promotion wording when needed.
6. Cross-team Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams.
- Communicate inventory demand and sales forecasts to supply chain team.
- Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years experience in e-commerce operations or online store management preferred (intern/junior roles can be 0–1 year).
- Familiar with at least one major e-commerce platform (e.g. Amazon, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Alibaba, etc.).
- Basic understanding of online marketing concepts: SEO, paid ads, promotion tools, coupons.
- Strong data sense; able to use Excel/Sheets and basic analytics tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills; detail-oriented and execution-driven.
- [Optional] Good English skills for reading/writing product content and communicating with overseas partners/customers.

- Deep understanding of the Saudi e-commerce ecosystem and platform operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with SEO, digital advertising, and performance marketing.
- Knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
