Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for EcoStruxure Automation Expert – a cutting‑edge, software‑defined industrial automation solution. The role focuses on expanding market awareness, influencing key decision‑makers, and driving adoption among system integrators, OEMs, and industrial end‑users with the ultimate goal of increasing sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers to promote, prescribe, and close deals for EcoStruxure Automation Expert.
  • Identify and initiate relationships with accounts that align with the solution’s capabilities.
  • Collaborate with broader sales and technical teams to drive and secure large‑scale opportunities.
Ideal Candidate & Key Qualifications
  • Experience in launching and scaling new products, offers, and solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, from the shop floor to the executive suite.
  • Ability to develop and execute impactful business development strategies that drive growth.
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative, technical solution sales – essential to this role.
Education, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of industrial automation and applications – essential to this role.
