Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driller to join the at our client Oil & Gas Company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience operating 70DB , 2000Hp or above rigs and be able to work full‑time on a long‑term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate drilling equipment, including 70DB or 2000Hp or above rigs, in a safe and efficient manner
• Monitor drilling operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct pre and post‑operational checks on equipment and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
• Supervise and train drilling crew members on proper procedures and techniques
• Maintain accurate records of drilling operations, including well depth, drilling progress, and equipment usage
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during drilling operations
• Communicate regularly with drilling team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required
• Follow all environmental regulations and guidelines to minimize impact on the surrounding area
• Assist with rig moves and set‑up as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Driller in the oil and gas industry
• Experience operating 70DB ,2000Hp or above rigs
• Valid drilling certifications and licenses
• Strong understanding of drilling techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
• Ability to work long hours in sometimes harsh weather conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
• Saudi Arabia residency and work permit required
