Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Director of Delivery - Residential projects.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of residential developments within the districts 2 and 3, ensuring that all projects align with our vision for providing exceptional living experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of residential projects in Districts 2 and 3, from initial planning stages to final delivery.
• Develop and execute project delivery strategies that maximize quality, efficiency, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Work collaboratively with architects, designers, and construction teams to translate vision into practical outcomes that meet market expectations.
• Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain compliance with project goals.
• Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability in accordance with industry best practices.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within the project delivery team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is advantageous).
• At least 10-15 years of experience in project management, specifically in the residential sector.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of managing large-scale residential developments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to ensure effective monitoring and reporting.
