The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modular construction, DFMA practices, and large-scale project delivery. Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 15–20 years in large-scale project delivery; at least 7–10 in modular construction leadership roles.
• Specialized training in modular construction, prefabrication, or DFMA methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) strategy.
• Define DFMA and modular construction strategy aligned with delivery objectives.
• Establish a framework for evaluating suppliers within the DFMA/MMC ecosystem.
