Overview

Director - Hospitality Asset Strategy at Qiddiya Investment Company will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the hospitality strategies for Qiddiya City, set to be a world‑class leisure and entertainment destination. This position requires an individual with deep expertise in hospitality management and strategic planning, essential for guiding the development of high‑end hospitality assets and ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare hospitality growth strategies, including brand positioning and asset optimization in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional inputs (development, design, finance, operations) to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align hospitality strategy with broader corporate goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases, briefing documents, and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Monitor portfolio and project performance by reviewing hotel performance data and analysis.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on strategic analysis, market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
  • Prepare strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive decision‑making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leading operators, investors, and strategic partners communicating strategic objectives and commercial framework.
  • Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure progression of project milestones, deliverables and assist with project support as required.
