Overview
Job Purpose: To drive Al Rajhi Takaful’s (ART) SME new business growth through the development and management of SME new business sales channels, ensuring sustainable and profitable expansion by capturing market opportunities, meeting customer acquisition goals, and delivering service excellence while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the ART strategy by providing input and plans related to the direct SME network, in line with the sales objects.
- Conduct plan review with direct managers per region and branches agents to be aligned with the approved targets and the actual performance on daily biases.
- Identify potential direct SME clients and assess their business risks and insurance needs. Offer special policies, including all the LOBs
- Ensure that the function strategies are designed and implemented in ways that directly support the achievement of ART vision, mission and SME objectives through the development of market leading commercial sales approaches and techniques.
- Engage with direct SME clients to present policy benefits, customized coverage options, and value-added services, effectively driving insurance sales and building long-term client relationships.
- Monitor closely the performance of ART direct SME per region and provide developments on core processes to ensure ART service standards are maintained, controls are not compromised and that risk exposures are effectively managed.
- Understanding the customer's needs and providing appropriate product’s type in order to reach customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that direct SME sales strategy is translated into operational business plans and monitor the performance of execution in order to achieve ART’s objectives
- Meets approved direct SME Sales targets and strategic objectives.
- Monitor closely the performance of direct SME per region, and provide developments on core processes to ensure ART service standards are maintained, controls are not compromised and that risk exposures are effectively managed.
- Agree on necessary SLAs within direct SME department and ensure its disciplined implementation
- Coordinate the activities of the department to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner, in line with the annual business plans, policies and procedures.
- Maintain close relationship with all branches managers to coordinate and communicate commercial sales activities as per the sales plan, in order to ensure consistency, alignment and ultimately enhanced customer experience Internally.
- Ensure compliance with SME requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions within the direct area related to all relevant regulatory directives to promote a safe and risk-free environment.
- Ensure that all relevant periodic and ad-hoc reports are prepared timely and accurately, and meet the Department’s requirements, policies and standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance or any other relevant field.
- 6-9 years of related experience.
- Language Proficiency: English Proficient
