Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Lead to spearhead the delivery of digital technology solutions for clients in both the private and public sectors. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in which you will lead project execution and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes. As an execution-focused individual contributor, you will bridge the gap between technology, consulting, and business development – delivering high-quality digital solutions while also supporting presales and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Arabic/English) and capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels to drive digital innovation and business growth across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Digital Projects: Drive end-to-end execution of digital solution projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes that meet client requirements. This includes planning project phases, managing scope, and mitigating risks to achieve successful delivery.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Organize and align cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, designers, consultants) on project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Provide clear direction and leadership to team members, facilitating collaboration for efficient, effective project execution.
  • Support Presales & Business Development: Collaborate with sales and presales teams to contribute in winning new business. Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs/tenders, and assist in client presentations or product demos as the subject matter expert, helping secure new digital solution opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Interface directly with client stakeholders in both private companies and government entities, acting as a trusted advisor. Build strong relationships and ensure solutions align with clients’ business objectives and compliance requirements, with continuous communication to manage expectations throughout the project.
  • Project Documentation & Governance: Manage all project documentation – including requirements, scope definitions, project plans, and status reports – and track execution milestones. Provide transparent progress updates and ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines at every stage of delivery. You will uphold project governance processes and maintain documentation for both internal review and client reference.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is required (advanced degree is a plus).
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands‑on experience delivering digital/IT solutions and managing projects, ideally in a client‑facing consulting or technology environment. A proven track record of successfully leading projects from initiation to deployment (on time and within scope/budget) is highly valued.
  • Business Development Skills: Experience supporting business development or presales efforts for technology solutions – for example, participating in bid/tender responses, crafting technical proposals, and assisting in sales presentations to win new business.
  • Public Sector Exposure: Prior experience working on projects for public sector or government clients, including familiarity with government tender processes and compliance, is highly advantageous.
  • Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project) and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking opportunities and project workflows.
  • Bilingual Communication: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and presentation skills in both languages. Able to produce clear documentation and effectively liaise with stakeholders and teams in either language.
  • Methodologies & Certifications: Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall) and software development life cycles. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are preferred, as they demonstrate a commitment to best practices and continuous improvement.
