JOB DUTIES STATEMENTS :

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure relevant education and advice is given to patients.
• Engages in educational activities and research.
• Gives timely and constructive feedback on documents all corrective counseling including but not limited to Medical Record.
• Attends meetings as appropriate and contributes ideas for improving efficiency, productivity and patient satisfaction.
• Attends regularly, contributes in departmental staff meetings.
• Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
• Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices.
• Represents DSFH and KH in a positive and professional manner.
• Supervises healthcare staff including but not limited to Trainees. Provides guidance regarding patient care when indicated.
• Develops thorough understanding of KH policies and procedures and effectively participates in its execution.
• Follows clinical responsibilities as outlined in the Privileging Form.
• Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved school in Dentistry (USA, Canada, UK, and Western Europe)- 5 years’ experience in General dentistry- SCFHS and MOH license, BLS
