Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Barakah, you will assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will involve addressing product questions, resolving complaints, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing support to improve customer loyalty. Although this is a remote-type position, the candidate must be based in Jeddah for continued training purposes, where you will collaborate closely with the team to meet customer needs effectively.
