As Lendo continues to expand, we are looking for a CRM Technical Specialist to support the implementation, automation, and day‑to‑day operational execution of our CRM system. In this role, you will work closely with the CRM Manager and cross‑functional teams to execute defined requirements, support integrations, maintain data quality, and help ensure smooth CRM operations. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role, ideal for someone who is technically inclined, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow in CRM systems, automation, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Configuration & Support
- Assist in configuring CRM workflows, properties, custom objects, and automation based on defined requirements
- Support ongoing CRM configuration updates and incremental improvements
- Help maintain CRM structure aligned with operational needs
Automation, Lead Flow & Integrations
- Support automation using tools such as Zapier and similar platforms (e.g., Make, Workato)
- Assist with integrations using APIs, webhooks, and Private Apps
- Support data synchronization between CRM and internal systems
- Assist with lead generation flows, sequences, and automated follow‑ups
- Support leads lifecycle stages and funnel movement
- Help maintain and troubleshoot existing automation and integration logic
Data & CRM Operations
- Help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and correct field mapping across systems
- Support data cleanup, validation, and quality checks
- Assist with routine CRM operational and maintenance tasks
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Participate in UAT and validate CRM workflows, automations, and lead flows
- Assist in testing integrations in sandbox and production environments
- Help identify and troubleshoot issues before release
Reporting & Dashboards
- Support the creation and maintenance of CRM reports and dashboards
- Assist with data validation for reporting accuracy
- Help maintain technical documentation and internal guides
Collaboration
- Work closely under the guidance of the CRM Manager
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams on execution tasks
- Support internal users by helping resolve CRM‑related technical issues
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with CRM workflows, properties, and automation
- Basic to intermediate coding skills (Node.js and/or Python)
- Experience using Zapier or similar automation tools
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and webhooks
- Understanding of CRM object models (Contacts, Companies, Deals, Custom Objects)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working on operational tasks
- Exposure to fintech, B2B, or sales operations environments is a plus
