Job Summary

We are looking for a Credit Underwriter to manage tenant and landlord contracts from start to finish. This role ensures that all leasing agreements meet legal standards and Rize’s internal credit policies.

What will you be doing?

• Prepare, review, and finalize tenant contracts and landlord contracts.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with Saudi leasing regulations.
• Be able to make contracts on Ejari platform submissions and resolve any related issues.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Credit teams to maintain complete, error-free records.
• Monitor contract turnaround times and escalate delays when needed.

You're a perfect match if you have

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Experience in legal real estate operations and strong knowledge of leasing practices.
• Hands-on experience using the Ejari platform is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and tight deadlines.
