Key Responsibilities

  1. Set the creative vision and overall strategy for projects and campaigns.
  2. Develop concepts and creative ideas that meet client/management needs and align with target markets.
  3. Translate marketing strategies into actionable creative executions.
  4. Lead design, content creation, art direction, and audio-visual production processes.
  5. Oversee daily workflows and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  6. Supervise the production of all visual materials (designs, videos, animations, digital content).
  7. Review and approve all creative deliverables before release or publication.
  8. Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and messaging.
  9. Participate in meetings with clients or departments to understand requirements.
  10. Present creative ideas convincingly through presentations and visual mockups.
  11. Implement feedback and revisions professionally.
  12. Stay up to date with trends in design, advertising, digital media, and marketing technologies.
  13. Introduce new tools and methods to enhance creative quality and efficiency.
  14. Evaluate campaign and project effectiveness, analyzing strengths and weaknesses.
  15. Prepare budget estimates for creative projects.
  16. Negotiate with vendors (production houses, photographers, influencers) for high-quality services.
  17. Ensure consistent application of brand visual identity standards.
  18. Develop and update brand identity guidelines as needed.
  19. Monitor consistency across all marketing and advertising materials.
