Key Responsibilities
- Set the creative vision and overall strategy for projects and campaigns.
- Develop concepts and creative ideas that meet client/management needs and align with target markets.
- Translate marketing strategies into actionable creative executions.
- Lead design, content creation, art direction, and audio-visual production processes.
- Oversee daily workflows and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Supervise the production of all visual materials (designs, videos, animations, digital content).
- Review and approve all creative deliverables before release or publication.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and messaging.
- Participate in meetings with clients or departments to understand requirements.
- Present creative ideas convincingly through presentations and visual mockups.
- Implement feedback and revisions professionally.
- Stay up to date with trends in design, advertising, digital media, and marketing technologies.
- Introduce new tools and methods to enhance creative quality and efficiency.
- Evaluate campaign and project effectiveness, analyzing strengths and weaknesses.
- Prepare budget estimates for creative projects.
- Negotiate with vendors (production houses, photographers, influencers) for high-quality services.
- Ensure consistent application of brand visual identity standards.
- Develop and update brand identity guidelines as needed.
- Monitor consistency across all marketing and advertising materials.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a creative leadership role.
