Responsible for leading and managing all corporate financing activities across the organization. This includes developing and executing financing strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and risk management frameworks. The role focuses on expanding the corporate financing portfolio, enhancing profitability, and delivering tailored financial solutions that meet clients’ needs while supporting the company’s growth objectives in the Saudi market.

1. Strategic Planning and Business Development
  • Develop and implement the corporate financing strategy in alignment with the organization’s overall growth objectives and strategic plans.
  • Identify new financing opportunities and potential corporate clients across key sectors within the Saudi market.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making and define a competitive edge for financing products.Prepare annual business development plans and set revenue targets and performance s.
2. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with key corporate clients, financial partners, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service by understanding financing needs, structuring suitable solutions, and ensuring efficient execution.
3. Financing Management and Performance Execution
  • Lead and manage the corporate financing team to achieve defined financing objectives.
  • Monitor financing performance, conversion ratios, and portfolio growth to ensure alignment with key performance indicators and business targets.
4. Risk, Compliance, and Credit Governance
  • Ensure all financing activities comply with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations, internal policies, and Shariah requirements where applicable.
  • Assess clients’ financial statements, creditworthiness, and repayment capacity to minimize potential risks.
  • Collaborate with the credit and risk management departments to maintain portfolio quality and control delinquencies.
  • Implement effective monitoring and early warning systems to detect potential risks and take preventive measures.
5. Leadership, Team Development, and Institutional Collaboration
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the corporate financing team to achieve high performance and professionalism.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set development goals, and identify training needs for team members.
  • Promote a results-driven and client-focused culture within the financing department.
6. Reporting and Market Analysis
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on financing performance and portfolio updates to senior management.
  • Recommend adjustments to strategies and policies based on market developments, regulatory changes, and client needs.
