Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Contract Specialist to support the PMO with managing and administering project contracts. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with organizational standards and relevant laws, prepare and review necessary documents, and monitor contract performance. A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or similar is required, along with experience in contract administration or PMO operations. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in contract administration, procurement, or PMO operations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and project management principles.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and update contracts, agreements, and related legal documents.
  • Ensure all contract terms align with project requirements and PMO guidelines.
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and technical teams.
  • Monitor contract performance, deliverables, timelines, and financial obligations.
  • Maintain a full contract lifecycle log from initiation to closure.
  • Assist in handling claims, variations, amendments, and contractual disputes.
  • Support negotiations with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and company policies.
  • Prepare regular contract status reports for PMO and management.
  • Maintain organized and updated contract records and documentation.
