Contact Center IT Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Contact Center IT Specialist with a strong background in telecom systems and project implementation. The ideal candidate will possess extensive development, configuration, and support experience with large contact center platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project implementation for contact center solutions.
  • Develop, configure, and support IVR systems and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations within the contact center.
  • Utilize various technologies to enhance the performance and functionality of the contact center platform.
Qualifications:

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in IT or a related field (preferred); Masters degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in relevant activities as described in the position.
  • Telecom contact center experience is highly beneficial.
  • Past experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC).
  • Proven project implementation leadership experience.
  • Extensive development, configuration, and support experience with a large contact center platform.
  • 2-5 years of IVR development experience.
  • 2-5 years of J2EE and VXML development experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with one or more of the following: MySQL, Tomcat, Groovy, Thymeleaf, Bootstrap, TypeScript, jQuery, SQL.
  • Industry Certifications like Genesys Specialist are highly desirable.
