Job Description

1. Develop and implement tailored strategies and business models in a dynamic international project environment and support our clients to master their challenges.
2. Assist on one or more project modules.
3. Interact directly with senior consultants and Project Managers to solve business issues and client needs.
4. Assist the team with their business requirements. In cooperation with clients, develop and implement innovative solutions and business models concerning the entire value chain.
5. Develop market strategies, support post-merger situations, optimize organizational structures, and support performance improvement programs.
6. Be a key pillar in our organization and an important interface to our team, involved in one or more small projects, assisting module teams with clients and colleagues alike.
7. Work with public and private sector clients across the region, engaging with workforces and senior stakeholder groups.
8. Finalize and present deliverables to the team.
9. Maintain excellent working relationships with current colleagues to ensure project scope is met, delivering steady and high-quality outputs.
10. Architect business strategies with recommendations for design and implementation.
11. Develop operating models and organizational capabilities to design and deliver value.
